The pressure filter provided can be cleaned without opening the lid! Simply switch to ‘waste’ mode and scrub the dirty filter sponges via the external handles. The dirty water will then leave via the special waste outlet (see attached pictures). It also features a high powered 25w UVC, filter foams and biospheres in the bottom chamber. The pump in this set handles 8mm solids and boasts low running costs.
